The rates do not include :
- The costs of photocopies, transcription and postal mail dispatch, to be paid by the customer.
- Travel, food and lodging expenses outside he town of Marseilles (south of France) are not included in the above rates and are to be paid by the client.
- Price per kilometre = 0.45 euros (currency converter)
- Accommodation of 60 euros/ night for France (for abroad, please contact us)
The french professional family genealogist is bound by an obligation of means to be implemented and not by an obligation of result.
As a result, unsuccessful research remains entirely due.
The fee for a service is only possible for specific requests including at least NAME, first name and date of the person sought. Otherwise, the hourly rate will be applied.
I am bound by professional and medical secrecy, laws and regulations for the preservation of archives.
All our services are accompanied by professionalism, listening and kindness.
They systematically include :
1 - A first appointment, in person, by mail, telephone or videoconference (depending on the most favourable mode)
We analyze together the various documents you already have and study the best research track to arrive at your genealogical query.
2- A detailed action plan is then written and submitted to you. Once it has been validated, as well as the general terms and conditions of sale, the research begins.
Each research will be supported by the initial source document(s) from french archive centers or services (town hall, municipal or departmental archives, other centers) giving a real, citizen and historical proof value to your filiation.
